On 17th December my husband and I went out for my birthday. We haven't visited Spur in a long time and now I know exactly why. We were greeted by a some what friendly "front of house" lady. She then passed us onto another person, we chose where we wanted to sit when another waited brought us menus. No 1, the menus was disgustingly dirty. Moments later, another waiter came and took our drinks order, which took forever and yet another waited brought our drinks. There was so much time between when they took our order till when we received it, that we decided that we will not have my birthday dinner at Spur. The overall experience was awfull, the carpets dirty as and the staff not the friendliest. I will strongly suggest you give your staff general client service training. NOT the way I wanted to celebrate my birthday.
