Terrible experience

Today 1 February 2014... My wife decided we gonna have Nandos for supper coz that's what she was craving for since she is pregnant so we then decided that we gonna go to the Berea Centre one since its the closest, litte did we knw that by so doing we are spoiling our weekend..We stood infront of the tills as we were still deciding on what to have but as we were ready we stepped forward to the till.. Yu won't believe what the cashier called Cindy said to us... She went on to tell us that we have waisted enough of her time... We were so disappointed with her words and till now we don't understand if she was saying these words coz she undermines us or that's how she communicates with her customers..We hereby appeal to management and the Headoffice to make sure that who so ever works @ the till is a well trainned individual who is customer orriented coz yu can't just trust anybody with yo customers... Am writting this complaint coz I care..I hope this situation will be looked at... Thank you
