FLY IN A CHICKEN

I bought Streetwise 5 on Friday 25th of January fron KFC Hillcrest, I phoned them the following day as I had found a fly cooked in it, they promised me a voucher that they were sending on that day to replace my meal, till this day I've never received anything, they picked up the chicken on the 29 of January and they were gona phone me to follow up, till this day I've never heard from them. I'm very disapointed with the service and they didn't even have the decency to refund me or replace the meal. I will never eat KFC
