Very bad management

For more than 10 years i go in my lunch time to the wimpy in the alberton mall... today i payed with my card... the payment on my side went threw... but on the wimpy side it didnt go... the manageress come and told me i have to pay again i said no... she had a man on the line telling me to go to my bank and ask them to give me the money back... who have the time to go to the bank on the end of the month... we even order alot of take aways a week... but what got me was the manageress throwing the card at me and telling me to and never come back... HOW RUDE IS THAT... TO TELL A CUSTOMER THAT... even the waiters know me for years...
THAT BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY VERY RUDE!!!
