I asked the waitress for an Avo and cheese burger but asked for chicken instead of the burger (as I don't eat red meat) and the waitress wrote it down quite happily. On receipt of the bill, it stated R59-95 for the burger plus an extra R24 for the chicken breast! This was never explained to us otherwise I would've chosen something else and on complaining to the manager, we were told there are no substitutions on the menu. That's fine, I understand that but then either train your staff better so they are able to explain that you will be charged for the extra chicken breast or have either chicken or beef on the menu for each burger - what's the point of only having beef if someone doesn't eat red meat!!!

I will not be going back to the Wimpy again not after the dreadful service we keep receiving from the Arcon Park branch.
