Mixing oils when frying Fish and Russians

Hi

I ordered Fish and Chips on the 13 January 2014 at Big Al's. This time when I ate the fish it tasted like a Russian.

Phoned the Franchise Head office as they do not have customer care line. He said he would inform the owner. Two weeks later no response.. When I called the owner he basically states that it is not possible that his staff did this.

VERY disappointed!!

Will not eat there again.
