Meat patty passed off for vegetarian!!!

On Monday we purchased supper to the value of over R600 including 1x vegetarian burger (no onion). Of the 5 burgers ordered in total as part of the order, none were marked; which meant having to "scratch" through the toppings to try and find what was for who. We were left with two last unknowns - the veggie option and a cheese burger. You would think it would be a dead give-away with the no onion request - both had onion! Unconvinced, I had people sample the patties and everyone confirmed meat patties on both. As a result I did not eat supper. Either the meat eating guys can't tell the difference or your guys had no stock and just passed off a meat patty, which I find completely unacceptable! Either way, thanks for ignoring the no onion request! P.s. I have the till slip to prove it; pity we couldn't save the evidence.
