Kfc VS Mc'Ds

Last night at 22:05 my food order was put through at the Milnerton KFC. I was told 10min I waited a total 30mins.
My partner went inside to ask how much longer, where they then said that they are packing the bag and will bring it to us in the car, not apologising for the wait. I then later went in after 5mins of waiting and asked to talk to the manager. The cashier shouted for her instead of going to approach her like I civil person. The Manageress (Lydia) eventually came to me after I TRIED to explain the situation and rather gave me a refund for R115.00 after the 1 staff member still tells me that my food is FINALLY ready!! There she was standing with an order, BUT my half-incorrect order!! AND AGAIN NO APOLOGIES FOR THE FOOD TAKING LONG AND POOR SERVICE!
( this is where I took my money elsewhere for food as myself and my partner hadn't eaten the whole day and we were rather hungry!!)
By this time is I wasn't even hungry from anger and rather asked for a refund where I got my food from Mc Donalds who in 3mins where the queue was twice as long as KFC's.
I would love to now what are you going to do about this as I ended up driving out of my way for POOR service late at night
