Col'cacchio staff member acting like a barbarian

In the traffic past UCT today (approx. 5pm), person in black hatchback vehicle emblazoned with "COL'CACCHIO" name on back and sides [CA178-211] sticks arm out of vehicle and rips the flower head of an agapanthus bush, leaving an ugly bare stalk on the plant. After several hundred metres, this person throws the flower into the road (not even onto the verge). How do you spell?
