At KFC Mokopane (Cnr Kruger and Thabo Mbeki) you have a 50% chance of getting your order while waiting in the drive-thru, the other 50% of the time you need to wait in the parking lot. Today we waited for 15min! The manager came our with our order, handed it over to the wrong vehicle and if I didn't call him over he would have given it away for free! While checking the contents I notice that 2 items are missing and he demands that I show him the slip.

This type of service has become the norm at this branch. Next time I won't waste my time sitting in the parking lot and rather sit comfortably at Wimpy!
