No service standards or food qaulity

Lunch at ocean basked today was horrible. Firstly there was hair in our food and my wife asked me to just leave that part so I wanted to finish to get out of the place. Then I tasted my calamari, line fish and prawns and the taste of burned oil was all over it. I avoided making a commotion as my wife hates that and we had our 6 month old baby with us, that means you make use of the time you get to eat. But I will not be going back soon. You have to look for a waiter that is sitting and chatting to other waiters. One of the kitchen staff members that passed me made an effort by helping me to get sauces. Other than that useless, I don't mind to pay but give me service and quality. That's why I praised you on previous visits.
