TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WAITING FOREVER!

We headed to Phalaborwa for a wedding on 2 Feb 2013, driving from Pretoria we were quite hungry when we arrive. As Steers is usually trustworthy we thought we would run into the garage on the corner opposite the Spar and get ourselves lunch. We were second in the queue and thought this would go quickly as it is a FAST FOOD take away. We waited for 40 minutes for our food, when asking the cashier and waiter they just said..still busy, didnt even check to see if the order was made, we were apparently waiting for the chips..how long can it possibly take??? The staff were rude and more than 2 other customers that arrived after us also got fed up and were very unimpressed. We actually went back the next day as we thought this could only happen once... and the service was just as bad... what a terrible experience!!!
