I have been going to Wimpy Newcastle mall only for takeaways and the cashier called Phumzile does not respond when you greet her, I have to greet her twice and she continues with what she does without looking who's greeting. At first I thought she's busy but yesterday around 16:30 she performed the very same bad customer service.
