WHO MCDONALDS OR IS IT MCWAIT

To whom it may concern

I work in the Midrand area and have stopped at the Mcdonalds on Olifantsfontein road about 6 times now and may I say that this is the most useless branch ever as not 1 out of the 6 times have I not waited or been asked to go and park due to either them having taken the wrong order, or machines are busy being cleaned or the staff is just not aware as to what they are ment to be doing there.

May I add that each incident happened about 7:30 am as I normally pass there on my way to work.

I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO PAST THAT BRANCH THEY ARE USELESS AND DON'T DESERVE TO EVEN OPEN THEIR DOORS. THEY CLEARLY DONT UNDERSTAND THE WORDS 24HRS AND DRIVE THRU
