Bad service and even worse food!

I visited the Steers on one evening at about 6pm. The huge hunger rush had just passed. Stepping into the store, they were cleaning the entire palce. Floors, counters, everything. All the equiptment were being moved, opened and cleaned. Dont they do this before opening and after closing? I mean, its only 6pm and some people were still waiting for food.

I ordered something plain. A rave meal-Simple burger and chips. Nothing extravagant. This store had some sort of heating storage where you store already made patties, which in my opinion is disgusting. "made fresh" isn't storing it in a germ incubator.

Because everything was moved, the patrons took forever to get to the till, and then the same patron started making the food because everyone else was busy cleaning. You cant send someone who works with money to handle food as well. That is seriously a hygiene scare!

Eventually, after waiting 40 min just for a rave meal, i left, came home and to my surprise (or should i say not), the bun was hard and old, the patty cold and all the garnish looked like it was laying in the sun for 3 days.

For health reasons i chucked the thing in my bin.

Utterly disgusted at this!
