Won't refund money

I ordered a fold over and 2 coke lights and when your resturaunt in east London couldn't produce the coke lights the manager offered to give me coke zero. I don't like coke zero and when asked for a refund your manage refused saying he was unable to do so. I then cancelled the order and the manager refused to refund my money. I'm no expert but I'm sure that's against the law. The manager was THABA cel no 0726896189. I didn't accept anything from your store and I will never buy anything from Macdonnalds ever ever ever ever ever again.
