Lack of response regarding childs bday party

I visited the Little Eagle Spur last Tuesday to enquire about them hosting my little girls birthday party. They provided me with the platter list however it did not show the quantity of items like the list that another franchise had provided me with. There was also a difference on the price. Whilst at the store, I notified them of this and told Slindile that I would email her the information that I had and asked that she please get back to me to confirm and we could then finalise the reservation. I emailed her that very night and followed up two days later. No response. I followed up again yesterday and mentioned that I would be escalating the issue if she did not respond by COB however still no response. I am disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of response from the Little Eagle Spur. I really liked the play area and separate party area for the kids and would have liked to have hosted my childs party there however it does not seem like that franchise cares about their business. I guess I will have to consider other options now and take my business elsewhere.
