Bad service and food poisoning

Service was terrible throughout our meal, although we arrived early before they were busy. Coffee cup half empty, beer warm (which we sent back) and iced coffees so revolting we had to send them back as well. No avo in the children's avo salads. Main course tasted fine, but two members of the party had upset stomach's the rest of the afternoon. When I complained in an email, I received the following reply on 30th December. That was the last I heard. It is clear to me that they have no interest in customer relations.
