Avalanche not frozen

Dear KFC Waterstone.

I live very close to your store and I am such a big fan of KFC. Its always a treat to have your food, however this Sunday evening we went to get some Avalanches, and I am sad to say, they were disappointing. Not only did you change the spoons and made them smaller, now you cannot reach the bottom of the cup, the ice cream was not even frozen. As I mention, we live very close to KFC, not even 1 KM. When we got home, it was all runny and not as pleasant as you are known for.

I do hope that your machine was just faulty and that this would not happen again, however, if that was the case, they were not supposed to be sold to the public.
