It happened on twice occasion. On tuesday we bought 2 small containers with their ice cream but we were shocked to get a bill of R80 becos of their adjustement on the scale & we imagined if we should have bought the very same containers from Wakaberry, we should have paid R50 for both. Yesterday we went there just to buy 100g for R13.00 as per their advert, only 1 flavour lying at the bottom of the container with no toppings was 140g & we were charged R18. It does not make sense... Smooch owner & management pls stop playing with our people. we went to school & we are good in Mathematics. The ladies at the counter are very friendly & always showing customers a crocodile smile... Smooch business is a daylight. I realy need my refund other wise no more.
