Forced to pay for using customer toilets

KFC Queenstown, the staff in this branch are pure criminals. The shop was full with more than 50 people queeing to buy food on 7 January 2013. Instead of them proving their customer service skills, they see an opportunity to rob customers. Customers wanted to use the bathroom but they have to produce a receipt first. Unfortunately one has to wait until all the people infront of you have paid then you can get your receipt. They would not allow us to use the bathroom unless if we pay the R2 that goes to the "feed a child". A donation is supposed to be a donation and not forced by selling toilet use in exchange for the donation. Apart from that, when you get to pay for your meals, they still ask you for a R2 donation. This is a rip-off! Criminality at the last degree. And this apparently happens everyday! Why must I donate R4 to use a toilet for me and my daughter and still pay R200 for my meals! And the service was the slowest ever because their main focus was on collecting these R2 so that they can share afterwards.
