Urine in my suga

After emailing Wimpy directly twice since Jan 4, I have decided to report the situation.

This is the second email I sent them: We visited the branch and I realized that the coffee had a weird smell. So after investigating the sugar sachets I realized that they were soaked in urine.

I called the waitress and she acted like it was nothing and offered me another cup of coffee. She took the sugar and just placed it behind the counter like it was nothing special.

How can something like this be 'nothing special'. How can this be just made off like NOTHING!!

I am really disappointed...
