ORGANS FOUND IN FOOD

On sunday 3/02/2013 at about 13:00, I stoped at KFC Milnerton and I walked in wanting to place an order.
The first thing I noticed on my arrival is that the front of house area was dirty, the tables were dirty some food laying on the floor.
The seconding thing that I noticed, I took a look at the back and I noticed one of the employees puting the chicken into flour and shaking off the flour by rubbing it against his wrist area. I then looked a little closer and found that the employee was not using any gloves to do this. I placed a order of: Streetwise 2 pieces and chips 1 extra piece. When I finally got my meal I went to one of the tables to sit down and eat. I ate the drum stick and made my way to the next piece. As I pulled a piece of the meat off to eat something didn't look correct to me. On closer assessment I found it to be a organ - a heart. I could still make out the valves attached to the heart. When I asked for the manager the staff behind the till laughed at me. The manager came to me and I told her that I was not very happy with the idea of finding a heart in my meal. She had no idea how that it happened. How does that happen?? I would like to know
