No Feedback from Store or Head Office

On 30.12.2013, I bought the special of 2 large pizzas with the free buffalo wings. These were the chicken and pineapple; and some meat pizza. My eldest daughter ate of the chicken pizza and my husband and I only at later on in the evening. My daughter then started complaining of tummy cramps and was in the toilet from about 9 the evening, throughout the night until the next day. My tummy started cramping at about 2am, the morning of 31.12.2013 and I also starting going to the toilet which lasted until about 10pm on 31.12.2013. My husband's tummy also crampped throughout the night and next day. We then realised that it had to have been the chicken pizza as the only one not sick was my 3 year old daughter as she only ate the meat pizza. My husband the called the store on 31.12.2013 and told them about the situation, they had not explanation and was quite rude to him. He then called the head office and complained to which they said they would investigate the situation. No one called until Monday, 06.01.2014; which was from head office following up if the store go back to any of us. Still no call backs from anyone.
