SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE

We visited this restaurant on Saturday 4 January 2014. Oh my!! What a traumatic experience! (I feel very bad for recommending it!) We waited 15 minutes for a waiter to order our drinks... why? The utterly useless manager was wasting the staff's time with idle chat and preventing them from doing their jobs!! Our order of 4 plates of sushi took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive; the other 2 mains of fish and chips arrived 10 minutes after the sushi - disgusting! The fish and chips were not even cooked properly and the manager could not give a rat's ar*e! Totally S*H*O*C*K*I*N*G experience - will not recommend at all! Not a good tourist experience at all.
