24/7 McDonalds found closed and told leave

I am complaining about false advertising from the McDonalds in Schoeman street. They advertise as a 24 hour establishment (including the specific one I am referring to) yet they were closed at approximately 3:30 am on Saturday morning 1 February 2013. I find this unacceptable and believe that if you are not willing to be open 24/7 you should not advertise as such. When I asked to speak to the manager about this he ignored me completely.
