I'm doing you a favour by serving you!

I have just left your Bedford Centre store and have received TERRIBLE service. The server (named Nonhlanhla) was possibly the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered at your store! To start with, she did not greet when we stepped up to the counter. Her attitude was one of, "you're lucky I'm serving you at all". Not once did she say "please" or "thank-you", not even when asking for payment. Then when we were about to leave we asked for a few extra serviettes as the drinks we got with our meal (in coke cups) were leaking. Her response was, "I've given you four serviettes, that's enough! " When we insisted on a few more, she stared at us as though we had asked her to give us our meal for free! I'm very disappointed with this service as we normally get much better service at this store. I don't think we'll be returning in the near future!
