Spur Steak Ranches
Poor service

I entered Spur on the 31st of December 2013 and asked for a table for 6. We first had to wait in the queue for about 20 minutes which is understandable as the restaurant is full this time of the year. We were patient and took it as it came. Finally, we were seated and received a waiter by the name of Onyama. That's when the wheels came off. We had to wait close to an hour and 10 minutes for STARTERS!!! If that isn't ridiculous of the highest order then I don't know what is. I understand that the shop is busy but at least have the courtesy to inform us of what is causing the delay! We are holders of a Spur Family Cards proving we are frequent visitors of this great establishment. We do not expect such poor service!
