My chicken meal had uncleaned gizzard on the chicken breast. We called a waiter, to take back the plate and show her manager. The manager came and gave an explanation as to what a gizzard is and so on, did not apologise. He went on on, until I said to him, all we need to hear was an apology and assurance that such incident will never happen again. He argued that he had apologise but did not. I was so disappointed at the level of service lately. The order was not replaced, only the chicken and I am afraid to eat it after the uncooked gizzard that I found.
