Not honoring free pizza after 39 min

On Tuesday 24 Dec I placed an order at 19:55 and at 20:45, 50 minutes later I phoned to hear what was taking so long. They had not even placed my order yet and this after I explained it 2 times. The person on the phone apologized saying they had no driver and that it was mentioned to me... I don't suffer from memory loss and he even confirmed my address. Please don't take me for a fool because of your incompetence. The manager's attitude was equally bad and made me to be the. First of all the pizza should be free AS PER YOUR GLORIOUS CLAIM and secondly treat me as a customer - without me you wouldn't have a business.
