Attendant unable to take my order as she was DRUNK

Went around late evening/early morning with the buds to have a meal at McDonald's, in Pinelands Cape Town, South Africa. Only to receive the most horrible and completely unacceptable customer service i have ever received in my life.
As I am in a customer service work environment myself, i found Sandele utterly horrific.
1. I understand it was Christmas Eve, but an employee still has to be professional at work.
2. She was DRUNK!
3. Her eyes was closed.
4. She could not take my correct order as i had to repeat myself multiple times to no success.
5. Called for the manager and received someone else named Alan.
6. My ORDER was given to another vehicle 2 cars in front of mine in the drive through!
7. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN!!?
8. I advised Alan to take my contact number and give to his manager as their manager should contact me.
9. Still waiting for response from manager to no success.
10. One completely unhappy and irate customer.
