On Sunday the 22 December 2013 myself and 5 friends with all 5 kids went to Spur in Stellenbosch mall and when we got there we were seated and the waiter took very long with the drinks, starter, food and 1 of the kiddies pizza and the waiter's face was so sore that he never had 1 smile on his face. When the food came it was not the amount of grams estimated on the menu and then I asked for the manager and she is still coming. we will never be going to that spur again and that is for sure. that spoilt our hole day. I mean our bill came very close to R1000 and we got very very bad service regarding timing, the food and service. I am highly disappointed in them and to top it off they weren't busy at all.
