Terrible staff, food and manager!

I was very disappointed visiting Moyo at Kirstenbosch on Sunday (22 Dec). We were a group of people and we were not the only table complaining about the food and the service.

1. We sat down at 11:20 and gave our orders, only 20 min later we were told that we can only have breakfast.
2. The table on our right also complaint as they were not told about this, half ordered breakfast and the other lunch so some did not get food.
3. Table to our right asked for a high chair and the waitress told him, that they do not have any. The man was clearly shocked and as are you sure??? The waitress answered, yes we do actually BUT IT IS NOT SAFE!!!
4. Our chips were all drenched in oil, second batch exactly the same.

I mean, such a famous restaurant in such a famous place in Cape Town. We were almost the only South African table there at the time, what a bad experience for our many tourists.

I can go on and on...

The manager only raised his eyebrows, did not apologise or offer any advice.
