Incompetant service

I am highly disgusted at the service received from the Wimpy on Braamfischer road for two consecutive days they have managed to just spoil my appetite, yesterday we bought the chargrilled special and 2 of our burgers had no topping the inconvenience they had caused as we ended up not eating them..after lodging a compliant and being offered free burgers, i go there and decide to order an extra one and specifically ask for no relish... to my surprise they have just messed up today's order too... i have no words for them and cant explain their incompetence because its quite and it took forever for them to prepare the one order in the hope that it will be done correctly... Siyanda assisted me on the 20/12/2013 and Anita on the 21/12/2013... its despicable!!!
