I ordered 3 burgers, chips and cokes from Rebecca at the counter. She billed me for my order - R 166 (incl VAT). I paid the lady and also added a tip to the payment. I later thought that the amount was on the high side and took a menu and saw that you can get what I ordered for R 150. This was then the normal Wimpy burger combo. Before we received our food I went back to speak to Rebecca and asked her that why she did not inform me that what I ordered can be taken as a combo and that this will not cost me R166. I'm just so disgusted that the manager stood next to Rebecca and told her that the order has already been made and we cant change the order. The way Wimpy staff and management handled the order and complaint is a joke and I told the lady that they will never see us again. Bad service and no understanding / help afterwards!
