Orederd 2 tripple deckers and only one arrived

As the headline suggests, last night I orderd two pizza using the on-line services afforded to us, the delivery was on time but there only one pizza as opposed to two and the worst part is it was the wrong pizza. When the delivary guy came back after he went to fetch the other pizza it was apparent that they hadn't even started with my order and this is not the first time they are doing this, something should be done about it!
