Burnt Chicken

I bought a Rounder burger from kfc blouberg today and the chicken was hard and rubbery, and was almost black in color. It smelt like it had been cooked in very dirty oil too. You guys have such a great product yet 8 times out of 10 i have a bad experience. Either bad staff or product. I have a picture if required.
