Attitude of both the barman and the manage

My fianc? was at Dros Cape Gate on Saturday 14 December 2013 in the evening. He did not open a tab and paid cash for every drink he received.

When he was just about to leave, the barman gave him an account for all the drinks he has been drinking despite the fact that he has paid for every drink cash. My fianc? even caught him out on not giving him the right amount of drink.

When my fianc? questioned the barman he gave a very bad attitude and thought that just because my fianc? had a few drinks he will not question the bill. The manager then came out, because my fianc? was now getting very agitated to pay for drinks that he has already for in cash. The manager did not even want to look at the security footage and the barman had one of an attitude on him!

We then found out on the system of the restaurant that my fianc? did pay for every drink cash. Till now he has not received an apology from the manager of the barman in question!

This is absurd. Your personnel needs to trained correctly!!!
