Appauling!!!

The service received from the supervisor, Mamsy was disgusting! The waitress made a mistake by spilling cooldrink on my husband so the supervisor was called to discuss compensation nd the attitude of this "supevisor" was was appauling. How do u on top of the mistake that was made still argue with the customer. On top of that make the poor waitress pay for the damaged property. Surely the company makes provision for such mistakes instead of making the overworked and underpaid waitress pay. Pathetic!!
