Is customer service/satisfaction important?

Not a normal shopper at blue route mall, on this particular day I decide to pop in at the mall, the only food place open is KFC.

Anyway, being hungry, placed an order, received my fully loaded box meal, without a box, no explanation.

I open the bag, I take out the contents, and start with my drum stick. While eating, I notice a CURLY hair, on my chicken, but no female with me was near my food, as they were at the bathroom, when the order was ready.

I was irritated, and fumed, I took the chicken back and told them rather abruptly that I do not eat chicken with hair.

Nothing was done. No apology. Nothing returned. Absolute NOTHING.

Being an assistant manager in one of the biggest retailers in SA this type of service is putrid.

I'm not sure of who it was as I don't think that it's important. I know though that I'll definitely never return there if that is the service level.
