Poor service, descrimination an bad service

I was driving from cape town to queenstown. When i got there it was raining and went to sit in to order a cup of cappuccino. No one attended to me, i was there at 6:20. When i went to the lady at the till she told me they almost closed at cashiers, but asked one of the waiters to serve me and they refused. I was actually quite shocked, finally a waiter by the name of vuyokazi finally helped me. Literally five minutes after i eventually sat down, two white ladies came thru, sat down and a waiter came and gave them menus. I was not even offered a menu. I cannot believe in 2013, weekend where we celebrate tata madibas life there are still people who behave in this way. I am quite shocked and i think this attitude should be redressed. I am hoping to hear from steers because i am deeply aggrieved. I have never received such service anywhere in my life.
