Good day,

I am disappointed that on 13/12/13 midday. I attempted to order a half chicken meal. I requested that the pieces must both be leg pieces. The manager Bernard, stated that they cannot provide me with two leg pieces because it is against Nandos company policy. As a customer, my request was simple to deliver for a company of your stature. I have gone to that branch before and numerous other branches and they have been very accommodating to my needs.

The manager was so quick to let me leave the store as I suggested I could go to the Parktown North branch instead, since I frequently spend my money there during lunch rush hour. Do you as a company support your employees treatment of me? I have no need to support your company in the future if this policy is apart of your standards and norms. I would like a response from your company regarding the above.
