Arrogance from staff and manage

Me and my colleague went to buy food from spank during our lunch time last week tuesday and we were not satisfied with the waiting period and the food we got so we asked for a refund.the manager refused to give us a refund and clicked her tongue, telling us dez absolutley nothing we could do.we insisted on the refund then he called the security guard to have us thrown out the pub&grill.their reciept doesn't state that there are no refunds and there is no contact number that is why even when students drink during school hours its ok we can't even report them.iv tried getting the number of this place or atleast the owners number but no luck. I need my money back and I need an apology from that incompetent manager that embarrassed me in town by calling security for me.
