Incompetencies in service rendered sies!!

I ordered a footlong roll with bacon, egg and cheese at 10:30, I called 3 times to enquire about my order and got a whole lot of apologies, after nearly 2 hours called again and spoke to the manager who said that the driver would have left at 11:20, now its 11:59 and only now the driver pitches saying to me that he was only told now to drop off my order on top of the fact that its cold. I must say I am very disappointed in the service that Sandwich Baron Boksburg offer. What aggravates me even more is that my workplace is situated 5-10 min down the road from where they are. Your service is appalling to say the least.
