Time and again the KFC and Goldfields mall cannot accept cards in the drive through. This happens on a MONTHLY basis. I cannot understand how the manager has not resolved this problem yet. This has been on going since I moved to Welkom in 2011.

A week ago I went to the drive through, stood in line for about 30 minutes and when I finally had placed my order I was informed that they, once again cannot accept cards. I was told to go inside and pay there. I had then refused to do this as I was busy renovating my house and was not planning on being seen in public with all the work dust etc.

I had asked to see the manager to complain but was ignored. After standing in the row for another 10 minutes, the assistant manager, who was standing right there and ignoring my complaints all along decided to stand closed. He did not respond to me even once. I doubt if he even responded when I said hello. Just stood there with big eyes. How can a person like that be ASSISTANT MANAGER? People in cars behind me were also getting out to complain.

I am very disappointed. If it's not the card machines that are not working it's the orders that are wrong. They never seem to do anything right.
