Salmonella Breeding Ground in 'Toti?

We went for lunch at the Ocean Basket at The Galleria today 08/12/13. Our experience was ruined as we sat opposite where ice cream/milkshakes were handled. We were absolutely horrified witnessing a staff member rinsing milkshake equipment in a plastic bucket on the floor filled with filthy water and then scooping ice cream straight back into this rinsed equipment. A breeding ground for salmonella if ever I saw one!

We pointed it out to the manager, who just said "sorry about that sir" and went on his way, not even looking at the bucket full of filthy water, nor addressing the staff member! It is upsetting witnessing such bad practices in full view of clients and I have to say I do worry about the hygiene behind the scenes. Why do these staff members not have running water? How often does the water get changed in the dirty bucket? Not good Ocean Basket The Galleria!
