Incorrect order and didn't care

After I ordered my food I collected it and drove home to have dinner with my family only to find out they really messed up my order so I drove back to the store and told them that they had messed up and I would like them to fix it... to my surprise the same cold chicken was spiced up and thrown back on to the grill and burnt, when I questioned I was told it was not so (I took picture to prove it) I just couldn't deal with the so called manager, so I just left and my dogs enjoyed the chicken and I ordered pizza...! Got to love the way they take your money and once its in the till, who are you...!
