DISAPOINTING FOOD

My family has recently moved to the area and our one family treat on a Wednesday is to get take out. my children love KFC so we went to the Village Mall KFC last night (13.11.2013). We are a family of seven so we placed our order then headed off home. What a great disappointment! The chips were cold and tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer for ages, the large pops where half empty, the regular twister we ordered looked very much like a min twister and the zinger burger which my eldest daughter always has, she could not eat it was uneatable, we had to throw it away. I work in the area and this is not my first bad experience with the KFC and Village Mall. A few months ago I drove from work to get a KFC salad, I was served and got into my car and drove back to work only to find the salad with no chicken. I had to drive all the way back to this KFC to get the chicken they had left out of my salad. I can really say I will not be going back to this KFC any time soon. Really unsatisfied customer!
