Disgusting service and food

I was recently at wimpy and ordered 2 take-away cheese burgers, apon my arrival at home I sat down with my partner to eat and as we unwrapped our burgers they looked disgusting, they were burnt and the buns were so soggy that they were not edible. I am writing this complain because you should not receive such bad food especially take away food at such a high price and it not be edible. It coat me R100 for my meal which in my eyes is extortion. If they want to charge such high prices they should at least be able to deliver decent food. I shall not be buying from wimpy again and rest assured neither will my friends or colleagues. This isn't even accounting for the rude sloppy service I received at the counter.
