LAte delivery of pizza of more than 1h30min

I ordered a pizza online at 19:30 only to receive the order after 21:00 where i had already made other means of having supper. was extremely not happy. I called the store after 50 minutes of placing the order and they just said the order is on its way. not a happy customer at all.
